I am a young LLB graduate with a strong interest in law, politics and public administration. My academic focus was on constitutional law, labour law and political philosophy. I believe that law and good government exist to protect people's freedom, dignity and property rights.
As a Christian, my values are shaped by my faith and by a commitment to truth, justice, accountability and service. I believe political leadership should not be about personal advantage, but about the responsibility to serve a community faithfully and with integrity.
I was involved in establishing the VF Plus Helderberg branch and currently serve as its secretary. That experience strengthened my interest in local politics and community service.
As a councillor my focus will be a cleaner, sewage-free and better-managed Helderberg, with fair tariffs, better service delivery, proper maintenance of infrastructure and a safer community. I also want to protect our coastline, our mountains, our green spaces and the natural environment. I want to be a strong voice for Ward 83, one that listens, asks questions, demands accountability and pursues practical results.
